After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email telling you that your scrape has started with an estimate of how long it will take to complete. In cases with a lot of traffic you may be put in queue - you'll then receive an mail with your current position in line and another email once your scrape has started. Once complete, you'll get a download link for your XLSX file.

Scrape time depends on the number of listings and current system load. Once your scrape has begun as a rule of thumb it takes an hour for every 500 listings, so a smaller scrape of 100 will be around 12 minutes and a bigger one of 5000 for example will be 9,5 hours and so on.

AI columns are generated using advanced language models that analyze the review and search and website data (also included in the XLSX) based on your custom prompts. The system processes each business listing individually, applying your specific instructions to extract or generate the requested information.

The review data includes up to 200 of the most recent Google Maps reviews for each business. Each review contains the reviewer's name, rating (1-5 stars), review text, date posted, and any photos they shared. Reviews are sorted by date (newest first) and include both positive and negative feedback to give you a complete picture of customer sentiment.

This column combines web search results, website scraping, and AI synthesis. For each business, our system searches the web for additional information, scrapes their website (if available), and uses AI to compile everything into a comprehensive markdown summary.
